In our workshops, we explore together with participants how AI systems can appear in theatre and performance: as co-players, as counterparts, or as apparatuses that record and make decisions alongside us. We work hands-on with AI models, from StreamDiffusion and speech synthesis to participatory voting and game-based setups, focusing in particular on their limitations, failures, glitches, and blind spots. These experiments give rise to short scenes and playable situations that, among other things, raise the question of who is actually controlling whom. The workshops conclude with a collection of experimental setups for a critical and playful engagement with AI in theatre and performance.

We offer workshops in different formats and lengths: for students, professional theatre practitioners, and interested audiences. Technical experience is welcome but not required.
